Refund policy

Our 90-Day Sleep Guarantee. We want you to actually sleep better. Try Suha for up to 90 nights. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email [contact@suhabrand.co] within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return. Email [ contact@suhabrand.co] with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't ship items back before contacting us.

Return shipping. For satisfaction returns, return shipping is [the customer's responsibility / prepaid by us]. For defective or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return (or verify eligibility under the 90-Night Guarantee), we'll refund your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Email us within [30] days with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Exchanges. Want a different item? Contact us and we'll help arrange it.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Hygiene note: as this is a personal sleep product, we ask that returned items be clean where possible. This does not affect your rights under the 90-Night Guarantee.
